This is James' first appearance in Seattle. I saw him up in Vancouver BC a few years ago where he blew my mind with a pair of CD-J's and an effects processor. I missed him by only hours when I left Ibiza ... he was playing the day I was set to leave the island... and I will miss this appearance, too, as I will be in Eastern Washington for a family gathering, frying in a sweltering 106°F.
